Hi, I’m Carla and it's my passion to help young people to become confident in searching for and securing employment after leaving School, College or University. I can help you realise your unique skills and strengths, show you how to show-case these on a cv and teach you how to easily search for and apply to suitable jobs online. I can also coach you on how to prepare for and perform well at job interviews.

With over 7 year's experience in Recruitment, I know what Employers are looking for and can advise you on how to present yourself in order to give you the best chance of being hired. In the past I have run Employability Courses for young job-seekers through the Job Centre and I have worked with young people placing them into Apprenticeships. I am also a Mentor for Teens with an NVQ Level 3 in Counselling for Children & Adolescents.
